Return & Refund Policy
At Articulate Beauty, each item is made to order with care through our fulfillment partner. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- your full name
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
If your order is approved for resolution, we will offer one of the following:
- a replacement item
- a refund to your original payment method, when appropriate
Please note:
- We do not refund or replace items for ordering the wrong size, color, or shipping address entered at checkout.
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume shipping periods may not qualify for a refund if the package is still in transit.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
