Articulate Beauty products are made to order and shipped through our fulfillment partner.

Processing time:
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipment.

Shipping time:
Shipping time varies by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Lost or delayed shipments:
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked delivered but has not been received, please contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will review the tracking details and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the best resolution.

Incorrect addresses:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Separate shipments:
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
